Head of Marketing

Reporting through to the Director of Marketing, your broad shoulders will be responsible for developing and executing our brand vision, through an amazing array of programs, to engage our diverse customer base.

Managing a team of 5, plus indirectly managing a relationship with the Australian marketing team, you will develop and manage integrated campaigns, work cross-functionally to enhance our customers experience with our brand, mitigating pain points, to create and amplify those memorable moments our customers seek from our brand.

Ultimately your task is to deliver outstanding integrated campaigns balanced with our business vision. Not a small feat, but massively satisfying!
  
This is a role that requires the ability to do big picture thinking, but just as easily juggle the doing. There will be high levels of accountability and given the fast pace and continuous nature of the business, there is a need for flexibility, a "yes, how" approach and ability to work in an integrated manner across the business.
   
You will need to be a dedicated brand champion and passionate customer aficionado. You have high levels of accountability and be able to take responsibility for agreed outcomes and objectives. Your written and verbal communication skills will need to be finely tuned, including your capability to effectively present to significant groups of people.

Your entrepreneurial and creative mind will drive you to complete projects effectively and efficiently. You should be fully conversant with a wide range of media and experienced in developing and evaluating integrated creative briefs, campaigns and media strategies, while getting the very best out of the agency partnership. With this fast-paced environment, the ability to work in an integrated cross-functional manner with other team members, other departments and agency partners is crucial.
  
You will have significant consumer marketing experience, ideally in retail or FMCG, with a minimum of 10+ years' experience. Tertiary qualifications are expected. Candidates for this role must be able to illustrate proven results from previous effective marketing campaigns. In return your professionalism and initiative will be well valued and rewarded.
