I’m responsible for our Search function. It’s my job to make sure we know who all the great candidates are at a senior executive level so that we can match them up with our great clients! I work with companies to understand their business needs and strategies and then find them the “best” people in the market to make those goals a reality.
After an early start as a lawyer in NZ and the UK I then made the move into recruitment, spending a number of years with a well-known HR consultancy undertaking mid- senior level appointments across a variety of functional areas. In 2005 I moved to Gaulter Russell so that I could specialise in sales and marketing.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends - and if I can combine that with my passions for shopping, eating and drinking well and travelling, then all the better!
