What is a Fixed Term Contract?

In some cases, the client will take a contractor on as a fixed term employee. In this case you are issued with a contract from the client and are effectively treated as an employee for a fixed period of time. You are paid as a part of the client's payroll and there is no need for timesheets through Gaulter Russell. The Contracting team can discuss this further with you.
