Gaulter Russell was established in 1992 as a specialist sales and marketing company. Founded by James Brooke and John Nevill, the goal was to provide companies with a skill base in these areas that they would not be able to access in house. The result was immediate acceptance by the market and a rapid growth in profile and reputation.
In 1994, as a result of a lack of adequate skill in the market, we formed a specialist sales and marketing recruitment business to search out the top people in the market for our clients. The rest is history.
Fourteen years later with offices in Auckland and Wellington Gaulter Russell is recognised as the leader in identifying the high performers in sales and marketing and matching them to the requirements of some of New Zealand’s leading companies.
