Often at a senior executive level a more specialised Search process is required. Being a specialist sales and marketing consultancy and having been in business for over 20 years we have both extensive experience with, and knowledge of, candidates in these areas. This gives us an exceptionally strong platform of knowledge from which to leverage when seeking to identify the true talent at a senior level. It also means we can work fast to deliver a quality and comprehensive service.
Our Search methodology involves utilising our extensive knowledge and understanding of senior professionals in different sectors, our extensive and continually updated Research and Search lists, our significant database, and our multiple networks and contacts for sources and referrals. In some instances our clients require a comprehensive market map of the relevant talent in a target sector to be compiled and we will use our Research Consultants to map the market in defined areas. This involves searching into appropriate companies/sectors to identify those individuals with the requisite skills and experience required for a position. This full service approach ensures comprehensive coverage of the market at a senior level.
