Using their family recipes their traditional brands remain the mainstays of the business. With an ever-evolving customer base, they are adding new (and more ambitious) products that match the expectations of their foodies. One thing will always remain the same, even after three decades of business, there is no substitute for quality! The Role Due to a growth phase, this tight knit team are looking at bringing in an Administrator who focuses on supporting the team in the office (predominantly the Sales Director & General Manager) and take on any other tasks that may arise to help the business. As this is a newly created role, there is flexibility needed as the role takes shape and its responsibilities arise. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sales Reports Weekly/Monthly
Board Sales Reporting
Promo Calendar Maintenance
Import Supply Chain Checking
Call Cycle Compliance
Distribute Monthly Price Lists
Collate Monthly Call Plans (reps)
Monthly Display Rec (budget)
General Sales Assistance
Organise Sales Meetings
