A varied, busy Administration role with NZ's leader in Green Asset Management!

  • 12 month fixed term contract - Maternity Cover.
  • Otahuhu Location - beat the traffic.
  • 40 hours a week - 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
The company is a new generation of Green Asset Management specialists, who have grown internationally and now have locations across New Zealand and Australia. Their name is synonymous with technical expertise and they are committed to delivering tailored arboricultural services that consistently exceed their customers’ expectations.

With one of their team members going on maternity leave, a 12 month fixed term contract has become available to join their existing team based in Otahuhu. The role is busy (your day will go quickly), repetitive but with lots of multitasking required, and has varied responsibilities:
  • Data Entry
  • Inbound/Outbound calls with customers (keeping them up to date with job progress)
  • Uploading job information into database
  • Allocating work to crews
The ideal candidate is someone who remains calm under pressure, can think on their feet, is happy to muck in and help out and is a real team player, all whilst delivering a very high standard of customer service!

You will also know your way around a computer, so you can easily pick up the multiple software platforms this role uses, have confidence in using Microsoft Suite, have impeccable written & verbal communication, be organised and have outstanding attention to detail.
