In a largely autonomous role that reports directly to the GM, you are responsible for setting the strategic direction to maximize market share through a base of high spending small business customers across the central North Island. The nature of the business is far more involved than just product sales, meaning that you and your team need to go that extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service, market analysis, and be the expert for all things this industry has to offer.
This is a pretty cool role, with an environment that you'll find refreshing and puts people first. I am looking for an out of the box thinker, who can demonstrate proven examples of strategic sales strategies where customer satisfaction has been a top priority at all times. High levels of interpersonal and communication skills are a given, and experience in the healthcare, pharmacy or FMCG industries will be favoured.
