We are looking for an experienced Customer Insights Analyst, reporting to the Customer Analytics & Insights Manager. You’ll be responsible for working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to leverage rich data assets.
The key to your success is that you will have an unbeatable attitude and you know what it is like to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into hard work. You will also be tertiary qualified with a track record of success within an insights team.
You are extremely confident, bursting with enthusiasm, passionate about customer insights and have a work ethic that is second to none! You will also possess the ability to relate to all walks of life.
Strong planning and organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential for you to succeed in this role. Experience working with SQL/Python or R would be a great advantage and a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial experience in a similarly analytical role would be the ideal.
