My Food Bag is undoubtedly one of NZ favourite brands making a presence in most Kiwi households. This innovative and growing business is looking for an incredible Customer Love Manager to come on board and make a difference. 
The aim of the Customer Love Team is to elevate the customer experience, delight their Foodies, improve the customer churn and ensure Foodie satisfaction.

The Customer Love Manager is responsible for leading a passionate and engaged Customer Love Team with 4 direct reports and a wider team of around 30, to ensure they are providing best in class customer service to their Foodies.
Within the role you will be develop and measure the key Customer Love metrics, drive inter-department collaboration, aid in increasing NPS scores and manage annual performance review processes. 

Having an impeccable work ethic will see you go far in this company! Being innovative and forward thinking is a must for this role and positivity is absolutely essential. You will be calm and composed through difficult situations. You will lead your team by example, coaching them on how to improve their customer love skills as well as being sharp, savvy and strategic in your thinking. This role sits on the Operations Leadership Team so peer development across all departments will be an integral part of building your operational knowledge.
