About the Company

Established as a well-known and much loved media company, our Client is focused on creating digital products and services that truly connect the customer with their audience. As a result, their Christchurch office is now growing and looking for an energetic, positive and goal-oriented individual to join their dynamic Digital Sales team!
About the Role
  • Using your strong sales/BDM background, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining digital revenues from new business prospects as well as existing customers.
  • Building and providing innovative advertising space solutions for customers to connect with their audience in valued and engaging environments.
  • Ensuring that digital account growth strategies are in place to increase the volume and diversity of solutions, for high value or high status customers within the local footprint.
  • Pro-actively engaging in the Digital portfolio planning process to develop revenue objectives.
  • Working with the Print Account Directors to transition existing print revenue to digital where appropriate.
  • Working closely with the Client Relationship Manager to increase the diversity of earnings by growing new multi-platform solutions.
About You
  • Results driven, you will be a natural hunter, confident in attracting new business and driving digital media revenue.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-performance sales culture with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Capable of nurturing and applying a customer-centric perspective in all client engagements.
  • Have 2-3+ years experience in direct customer facing roles within a sales management / BD environment (preferably in the digital media industry but not essential).
