Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead a significant field team. You will be responsible for leading the strategy for field operations, your focus will be on motivating and engaging your team to effectively execute agreed plans and activities at point-of-purchase and to deliver key business objectives.
You’ll be responsible for setting key performance indicators and procedures that are ‘best practice’ to assist with tactical and strategic planning, ensuring achievement of sales and profit objectives. You’ll also build the field team’s talent, implementing relevant training to foster the development of individuals so they can reach their full potential.
With a proven track record of achievement in sales management within FMCG, you’ll be an inspirational leader, able to motivate and inspire those around you and with a history of building high performance cultures. Driven and passionate, you’ll be a real go-getter with high levels of energy and enthusiasm. You’ll be commercially savvy with a strong focus on achieving results and with the ability to build a culture that enables others to thrive and achieve.
