Reporting to the Manager Marketing, Sales and Business Development, you’ll lead the way in ensuring that the company doesn’t rest on its laurels with regard to its customer service. This is a critical role for a business that relies on its excellence in delivering customer focused supply chain solutions, being a key differentiator for the company in a highly competitive marketplace. Leading a team, you’ll ensure that best in class customer service is delivered across both domestic and export markets, continuously reviewing and developing the service model to ensure that key strategies are delivered on. An added challenge to this role is the management of customer requirements and demands within a complex supply chain environment.
So what are we looking for then? It’ll be a given that you’ll be a talented, passionate and enthusiastic customer services professional with a proven track record of success at a management level. Ideally you’ll be tertiary qualified but of critical importance will be your ability to bring a strong understanding of supply chain principles and the successful championing of customer focused supply chain solutions. You’ll demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, influencing and engagement skills and be adept at being a conduit between a highly complex supply chain and the customer, delivering outcomes through your ability to effectively navigate and bring together people, processes and systems.  Not content with the status quo, you’ll be someone who is always looking for ways to improve and make a difference. You’ll inspire those around you with your passion and energy, your strong focus on delivering results and your commitment to building and being part of a high performance culture. And you’ll be someone who knows how to have some fun along the way too!
