Reporting to the Head of Retail for ANZ and SEA (based in Australia), you’ll be responsible for leading sales for NZ, while also playing a broader leadership role for the overall business here. With a team of ten plus reporting, you’ll develop and implement effective sales strategies to further grow the business, ensuring profitability and expansion targets are achieved. You’ll lead and manage wholesale and retail accounts, including developing and managing customer plans and conducting regular account reviews in order to deliver revenue and gross margin growth.
So what are we looking for then? You’ll need to be a commercially astute and highly capable senior manager with proven experience in FMCG, ideally with good exposure to the pharmacy channel. Tertiary qualified, you’ll have a track record of success in senior level customer management, as well as experience leading and developing high performing teams. You’ll be someone who inspires others through your drive, passion and energy and your ‘can do’ attitude. Recognised as somewhat of a go-getter, you’ll impress with your commercial acumen, pragmatism and ability to achieve results.
