With a solid footprint of 90+ years, they specialise in natural products and are best known for their range of supplements, teas, and toothpastes.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, in this role you will be a key person on the ground to manage the brand and marketing initiatives from inception to implementation. There is a real focus on innovative NPD, so you will need to really comfortable with market research, product development and launching strategies into the NZ and export markets.
Previous experience in project management and implementing best practice tools and or behaviours within an organisation, will be advantages.
Vital to success will be your 'can do', positive and open attitude. You'll embrace accountability, thrive on taking ownership and making commercial decisions but with a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit. You'll also be able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and your influencing skills will be first class.
