Based in Auckland but reporting to the Marketing Manager ANZ, you’ll be responsible for growing the company’s market in Australia. With a start-up mentality, you’ll be given lots of autonomy to develop and execute marketing initiatives. There will be a strong focus on innovation and you’ll manage NPD projects end-to-end and execute brand communications in market. Your role will involve working closely with the field and account management team based in Australia to drive growth and market penetration through effective distribution and strong relationships with key retailers.
We need a bit of a star for this one! You’ll need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in FMCG brand marketing with a strong background in innovation and NPD as well as ATL and BTL marketing. Previous experience working with the large Australian retailers and a good understanding of that market in general would be strong advantages. Passionate with high levels of energy and a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit, you’ll relish this unique opportunity to be a bit of a trailblazer in a new market and to really make your mark!
Given the focus of the role you’ll need to be comfortable with frequent travel to Australia and have a current passport.
