About the role The purpose of this position is threefold, one - to ensure our client is operating in an integrated and cohesive manner and that their content is being surfaced across all platforms! The social Media & Content Executive is primarily responsible for content sourcing, surfacing and reporting on all results from the digital platforms of the client, this includes Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and SMS. Two, to surface that content across the vast store network via their digital screen platform, and three, be the superuser for their automated local area marketing tool.
About you You will need to have a creative flair for social media marketing and content plus strong commercial and technical knowledge. You know how to create share-worthy, on-brand content and get in front of the right audience, through the right platforms and channels plus engage and interact with the brands’ followers through effective community management! To be successful you must have a good understanding of marcomms, retail and channel planning. This role is highly commercial and you will need to know how to turn content into revenue.
